Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed & in original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalized/custom-made items
- Earrings & other pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale/clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Request Authorization: Contact us via our Returns Portal
- Package Securely: Use original packaging where possible
- Ship Back: Include your order number inside the parcel
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Faulty/Damaged Items
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery:
- Provide photos/video of the defect
- We’ll cover return shipping & offer replacement/refund
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to availability:
- Return original item following standard process
- Place a new order for desired size
