Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed & in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom-made items
  • Earrings & other pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale/clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Request Authorization: Contact us via our Returns Portal
  2. Package Securely: Use original packaging where possible
  3. Ship Back: Include your order number inside the parcel

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Faulty/Damaged Items

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Provide photos/video of the defect
  • We’ll cover return shipping & offer replacement/refund

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability:

  1. Return original item following standard process
  2. Place a new order for desired size
